Highly recommend this company. Anytime an issue comes up with our AC we reach out to Chad Ackman at Argo. We have been using him for years and will continue to do so. Chad is very professional, honest, and always quick to respond. He usually comes out the very next day if not the same day. If we hear of anyone needing AC work he is the first we recommend. Fabulous. Investigated at 5:00 PM, had and ENTIRE upgraded system installed within 24 hours. House temperature reached 94° so the service was greatly appreciated. #1 attention to all details with the Attitude: “The job is done as if this were MY house!”…can’t beat that. Note finish work, suspension straps, caulked, and painted housing, strapping PVC. CHAD, ROB, XENNON = A1

We had such a great experience with Argo HVAC, LLC! We had another company come out and quoted us for very expensive job . Argo HVAC sent Chad Ackman out fast and gave us an honest quote. I felt so comfortable . He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to help us with the problem and at a reasonable price. Argo HVAC have technicians who are experienced, reasonably priced, professional, and honest. Chad was an absolute pitbull on the job. I had questions Chad had answers. Whatever the problem Chad solves it. He will left no stone unturned in troubleshooting and he will be there on time with parts and tools ready to work. I have referred Argo and him by name to family, friends, neighbors, including military members and their satisfaction and appreciation to his workmanship and attitude is 5 star review. I don't know when he sleeps. He truly does work for YOU when he's on the job.

I have had the good fortune of having Chad Ackerman of Argo HVAC as my A/C specialist. If you are looking for honesty, quality and a fair price, there is no better IMO. So it was a HOT night with two miserable kids when our AC decided to go out. The next morning we called Argo HVAC and they sent out their technician Chad Ackman. It didn’t take him long to get it up and running again. He was very professional, trustworthy, and best part it didn’t break the bank. I will definitely call him again with all our HVAC needs.

Came out same day as initial call, and even worked our time within their schedule. I had to get out of town and they worked with my wife and got us all squared away. Didn’t have to “order” parts and it’d been running beautifully snide. Thankz

Chad Rob and Zennon came out installed an infinity series system and they did it very quick very efficient. I would recommend these guys anytime they go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and it’s working correctly very clean install.

Argo HVAC quoted me a new system that was in line with other estimates and in some cases even better. Cason was very responsive to my numerous questions. After reviewing the feedback for this company, I decided to go with a new system from Argo. Boy am I glad I did! The quality and attentiveness to detail with the new system install was amazing. This is a quality company looking to standout. I would highly recommend this HVAC company over any other!

Argo Technician Rob came out on Mother's Day and resolved our HVAC issue. He was professional, thoughtful and courteous. Argo HVAC and their technicians have consistently provided speedy and excellent service.

Last Friday I encountered an issue with my Carrier Infinity system very late in the afternoon. Carrier sent me an email (part of Carrier's monitoring program) informing me that I had a compressor / inverter failure and needed to contact my dealer right away. I checked my thermostat and in fact my home was starting to warm up. For the previous 14 months since I had ARGO HVAC install my new Carrier Infinity system...temperature fluctuations were non existent! Anyway...it was just a few minutes before 5:00PM on Friday afternoon...and I hated to be that customer, but I certainly didn't want to spend the weekend without AC! I called the office and got the answering machine...I started to leave my message and before I had finished Bob Loughridge (ARGO HVAC owner) was already calling me! I told Bob my issue and he stated that he would turn it over to the duty crew working the weekend. Within 15 minutes Chad contacted me and stated he was headed my way and provided me with an ETA of less than 30 minutes. Like clockwork...Chad pulled up as promised. We exchanged pleasantries and I told him my issue and showed him my emails from Carrier (I had received a total of 3 emails telling me I had a major fault) and he went to work. Chad performed a complete system diagnostic and determined my problem to be the system motherboard. And he had already picked up a replacement system motherboard on the way to my house and had it in the truck! Replacing the board took in excess of an hour as he put everything back together...Chad rebooted the system and reconfigured all of my system settings. Sure enough...my Carrier system was back on line and working like new! My responsibility was the labor, but because I am enrolled in ARGO's preventative maintenance program that cost was cut in half! Carrier covered the cost of the new motherboard.Anyway...this is how ARGO HVAC does business each and every day! I can't tell you how pleased I am with the way they take care of my needs. The entire organization is nothing less than top-tier! My thanks to Bob and Chad...and the entire ARGO HVAC Team!Steve and Kathy Johnson

EVERYONE at Argo HVAC is both professional and great to work with. They never try to sell you something you don’t need. Honest company you can trust! Chad and Casen are amazing but honestly everyone at Argo is great. Argo is there when you need them.

Casey and Rob are awesome, my AC went out on Friday day night and those dudes got me fixed up. They were at my house in less than an hour and completed the repair and system check up very quickly. I give them a 12 out of ten excellent customer service!!!!!
